Measuring 14x30 feet and ranging from 3 to 6 feet in depth, the pool is surrounded by comfortable lounges—perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the tranquil river views.

Whether you're seeking serenity or adventure, this home offers both. The spacious deck is perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or hosting an evening cocktail party against the backdrop of the breathtaking river scenery.

We're delighted you've chosen our property for your stay. Here are a few details to ensure your visit is both enjoyable and comfortable:

Upcoming Amenities: A beautiful new pool (14x30) will be ready for your enjoyment by June 10, 2024, maintained at a cozy 80°F.
Stay Requirements: We ask for a minimum stay of two nights. Please note, we're unable to accommodate arrivals or departures on Saturdays.
Midweek Stays: During midweek, a minimum stay of three nights is required.
Occupancy: Up to 16 guests can enjoy the space comfortably. We wish to maintain a tranquil environment, so no additional day guests, please.
Parking: 6 parking spots are available exclusively for your use.
Guest Requirements: The primary guest must be 28 years of age or older, although children are welcome with family groups.
Pets: We love furry friends! Pets may join your stay subject to approval by the property manager and a fee of $200 per pet.
Rental Agreement: A copy of our rental agreement will be emailed for your signature to ensure you're fully informed about our mutual responsibilities.
Events: To ensure the comfort and security of our neighbors, events are not permitted on the premises.
Booking Confirmation: By making a payment, you are agreeing to our terms outlined in the rental agreement.
Security Measures: For your security, a credit card authorization for a deposit hold will be required two days prior to your stay, and a picture of a valid ID is needed. For your safety and security, a front-facing camera is operational at the property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
