With stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows and ample space for swimming laps, it’s perfect for both active guests and those looking to unwind.

Prepare meals in a state-of-the-art kitchen featuring modern appliances, a large island with granite countertops, and a double oven. A massive dining table seats up to 22 guests, while a breakfast bar offers a cozy spot for a morning coffee. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, making entertaining a breeze.

Stays & Bookings:
Weekend Retreats: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for weekends.
Midweek Getaways: We typically require a 3-night stay midweek, though you're welcome to inquire about shorter stays.
Arrivals & Departures: Please note that we do not offer check-ins or check-outs on Saturdays.
Occupancy & Fees:
Maximum Guests: The house comfortably accommodates up to 24 guests. We do not permit day guests to ensure the privacy and comfort of your group.
Additional Guests: There is a fee of $100 per night for each guest beyond the initial 18.
Age Requirements: Guests must be 28 or older to rent (unless family with kids).
Vehicles & Pets:
Parking: Up to 9 vehicles can be accommodated on the property.
Pet Policy: We love pets! If you'd like to bring yours, please seek approval from our property manager. A fee of $200 per pet applies.
Property Guidelines:
Pool: The pool is maintained at a cozy 80°F for your enjoyment.
Security: For everyone's safety, a front-facing security camera is in operation.
Rental Agreement: A copy of the rental agreement will be emailed to you for signature.
ID Requirement: A picture of a government-issued ID is required for booking verification.
Events: To maintain the tranquility of our property, we do not allow events (no weddings, proms)
Seasonal Details:
Cooling Season: Air conditioning is available from May 15th through September 30th.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit will be authorized 2 days prior to your stay.
Agreement:
By making a payment, you agree to our rental terms.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
