Tastefully decorated, this home has everything you need to enjoy your time whether you want to relax, play a game of poker, billiards, or have a family meal at our brand new table for 22 guests! For outdoor fun, you will love our location with flat super secluded backyard.

Our huge 5000 sq ft, 9 bedroom, 5 bathroom home which sleeps 22 guests in beds, is located very centrally in the heart of Poconos

Many good restaurants on rt 611 is 5 min away, Crossings premium outlets, Casino, Waterparks are in close proximity

Kitchen
Kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. We offer pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutting board, plates, cutlery and various glasses.

Dining room
Seats 20 people. Has 65" smart TV with built in chrome. Gas fireplace would add cozy feeling to your evening

Two of the bedrooms are also located on main level (1 of which is being master bedroom (has own attached bathroom)

Movie theater room
Located on the main level and features 120” screen, HD projector and professional speaker system and 12 reclining seats

HOUSE RULES

We don't allow change over day on Saturday 
Minimum stay 2 nights for weekends. 
Minimum stay 3 nights for midweek
Movie theater comes Dec 22 2022
Maximum occupancy is 22. (No day guests allowed)
Over 18 people each additional guest is $100 per person per night
Minimum age for renters is 28 (please inquire if younger). 
Limit of 9 cars on the property
Pets allowed at $199/pet (all service animals require proper certification/license)
Front facing security camera in use. 
Hard copy of the rental agreement will be emailed to sign.
Pool water is kept at 80F. Pool season is May 15 - Sep 30
Need picture of ID for all bookings
No events allowed. 
Credit card authorization link will be emailed for security deposit hold 2 days before the stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
